Reid at the front desk was super knowledgeable and it was very clear that he cared about making sure that I was getting the best start I could with getting back into the gym. Super great experience!
Shout out to Reid! He gave me one of the most thorough and helpful tours I’ve ever had at a gym. He explained everything clearly, answered every question, and made joining 24 Hour Fitness an easy decision. Not sure what other folks are complaining about, the gym is really great!
Good gym. Clean. Reid signed me up for my own membership so I can go on my own without using my husband’s buddy pass. He was very nice, clear and helpful through the process. I would recommend this gym. The staff is great.
