Very dirty equipment with lots of dust. Bathrooms need to be bleached and mold removed. Also these so called Master Couches are incredibly rude and pretend to give a bs class for people laying on the floor. Tired of this place.

!!!BEWARE!!! I just moved to the area and came in with my brother to check this gym out before joining. We are both people of color, and from the moment we walked in, I immediately felt like we were NOT welcome. The guy at the front desk was RUDEEE, dismissive, had his arms folded, and acted bothered that we were even there asking questions. I asked about a day pass and instead of explaining anything or offering a tour, he tried to push a membership. The Silver Sneakers class that I attended on September 9th with instructor Gigi was fantastic. Over the past 40 years or so, I have attended multiple fitness classes in California and in McKinney. Gigi is one of the most outstanding instructors I have come across. Not only does she demonstrate every move, but also, she specifically states what the participants should and should not do. Gigi literally demonstrates the correct technique as well as the incorrect way to perform each exercise. Thus she educates everyone so as to ... read more
