I am extremely disappointed with my experience at 24 Hour Fitness. The customer service is terrible, and it feels like no one actually takes the time to listen or understand the issue you’re having. Instead of working toward a solution, they repeatedly give the same responses without addressing the actual concern. The one thing they have going for them? Their super friendly staff. Now, let's get down to it. Location is great for residents of McKinney. I love that they have 8 Squat Racks and Deadlift Platforms which is a huge plus! Separate area for cardio. Swimming pool and sauna area. Recovery room area. Space for boxing. Haven't used any of them yet, but it's nice to have. Not sure how well maintained they are, but I guess I will soon find out. Now, let's get to the weight lifting areas. Had a really good experience at this 24 Hour Fitness. Alijah at the front desk was super welcoming and made everything easy from the moment I walked in. Small things like that make a big difference. Really appreciate the great service, easy five stars.
