Would give it 5 stars but the mens locker room always smells like urine and sweat everytime I go in there Besides it being crowded alot of the time, I prefer this location over Antioch and Walnut Creek

I love this gym! I would say 10 stars if I could! The staff is friendly, the gym goers are friendly, it’s spacious- I really like it! Ask for Javi- he’s hella cool too!

I've been a member of 24 Hour Fitness for over 10+ years and have consistently had a great experience at most locations, but none better here at Brentwood location. It’s right off of the Hwy 4 bypass, and parking is great(but gets packed on peak hours). The free weights area is well-maintained and has a great selection of barbells, dumbbells, weights and equipments. This location also has a variety of cardio machines, especially treadmills with TVs. Gym is very dirty and a lot of the equipment is broken. Manager is unkind and speaks in a very condescending tone to members and employees, depending on the circumstances. I’ve witnessed him raise his voice at a member attempting to cancel their membership & say “I don’t know why you have an attitude with me right now.” Sales manager will tell you you’re paying XYZ to get the sale and you will end up paying something completely different.
