I’ve been in this area for two weeks and have visited many gyms — from Antioch, San Ramon, San Jose, Dublin, Livermore, Tracy… So far, this is the only place I actually want to come back to more than once. The showers are clean and odor-free, the pool is filtered on time and properly, and the jacuzzi is pleasant to enter — and after using it, your body doesn’t smell for two days like in some other places. As a business owner I was disappointed to be treated the way I was going into a well known company & gym like 24 , nobody to greet me when I walked in to do the guest pass and then when the employee finally came over to check the front desk he was extremely rude. Not professional at all. I said I think I’m good to go since I completed the guest pass self sign in, he then rolled his eyes & rudely said “Um well No your not!”And when I addressed that he works there so should have some level of kindness-customer service for gues... read more
