The location is central but also hard to get to because of the nearby I-5 on ramp. I drive by other gyms to get here because of the Costco deal. Staff and available equipment is good.
Do your set and then get off the machine. It's not your office or a place to check your messages. In and out like a G.
Finally added powerlifting platforms. This is what we should be paying for.
Don’t forget your towel
Avoid coming between 6 and 7 on a weeknight, especially if you want to get to free weights
They no longer offer towels..so bring your own
Clean I love it and four squat cages
San Carlos 24 has so much space. Ppl that go here are generally courteous and take care of the gym. The custodians actually really clean the floors. Fav non super sport location along the peninsula
come play yoga, mon & wed @ 730 and friyay at 6pm!
