I got a guest pass to workout with some friends. Upon arrival I was told my pass can’t be honored because it’s past 8pm. Nowhere on the email didn’t state I had to use the pass before 8pm. The manager on site was too busy eating and gossiping with friends to address this minor issue accordingly. So instead of having a good workout with friends, I left with disappointment and wasted gas.
I came in for a tour and Gilbert was very helpful and attentive in answering all my questions. I ended up signing up for a membership because I felt like it would be a good place to come to and he made it sound like a good community.

The new remodel made this place look like what a real 24 Hour Fitness should look like. It’s also open actual 24 hours lol
