Get a trainer to teach you how to work out correctly. J'Nae is one of the best here. Working with her gave me great results and I am pleased with what I've accomplished in 2 mths.
Aqua classes are great and so is my personal trainer Artie!
Come for the experience, and enjoy your workouts
This place is good. Brand new facility. Pool, sauna, hot tub, and steam room. The pool is usually not crowded, which I love. Plenty of machines, and a friendly and helpful staff and there is parking!
