Adequate and lots of amenities for the price. Looks a little dirty and used. Not crowded. Awkward layout.

The 24 hour fitness in Santa Cruz doesn't have relaxation room. Hayward/Union City does have a relaxation room. I love the MASSAGE CHAIRS!
Great gym, great atmosphere + great community! Clean facility, plenty of equipment, and friendly staff. Highly recommend! Mario was so helpful and patient in setting me up.
