I have to say that I am overwhelmingly appreciative of the new face of 24 Hour Fitness in Santa Cruz. Thanks to Leland everything looks different feels different and actually even smells different. I had an appalling experience at this location today. I came in with a valid 3-day pass, only to be ignored by the front desk staff, leland bowman, while he prioritized other customers behind me that walked in. When I asked for help and to use my 3-day pass, I was told I wasn't welcome and to leave. I asked him why I couldn't use it while showing him my ID and confirmation. Many thanks to Leland Bowman for his excellent attitude and help setting up my data for entry. He carefully gave me assistance setting up my account on my cell phone when I could not. It is refreshing to see someone with a positive work ethic today.
Leland was awesome! So helpful with my son.
I go every other day. I love it here. Been going two years now.
