This gym is far from satisfactory. Compared to one in Seattle this facility's cleanliness, mates, cleaning wipes, ventilation/facility odour is a steep downgrade. 🤢
Went in with a buddy of mine and the two front desk fellas on the phone the whole time. One was skinny indian kid and the other was a heavyset doofus. Asked about the memberships and more information and the doofus was too lazy to walk us around the gym and show us the options. Told us everything is online…I know its online. Decided to walk out and was hit with a racial slur from the heavy fella. Rasicm is ok in this gym apparently… Horrible gym. Not even open 24hrs. When will it be replaced by a crunch fitness?
I like that it’s big enough feels less crowded and clean.
Yesterday around 5:30 p.m., a friend and I visited to ask for information about memberships since I am new to going to the gym. The front desk staff was extremely rude, especially one heavily built employee. When I asked for help, he completely refused to give me any information and told me in a very disrespectful tone that everything was online. THE NEW LADY THAT WORKS MORNINGS HAS THE MUSIC UP WAY TOO LOUD. I CANT HEAR MY OVER-EAR HEADPHONES. Edit: I gave them a 4th star because the summer hours are a little better. Hopefully they keep them this way for a while. The spray bottles almost never actually spray and the open hours are bafflingly backwards. It closes early on Friday, Sat & sun. 24hour is just a name. Other than that, this particular one is nice. The hot tub is usually running and the facility is clean. Broken machines are fixed in a timely manner.
