Man's bathroom always smells insanely bad Edit: for the love of God PLEASE fix the Leg Curl machine, it's been so long
I am a senior with mobility issues. I found the staff at the Remond 24 Hour Fitness location to be very friendly and helpfull. They always greated me with a smile everytime I arrive to use the facility. I found the parking very easy as they have 7 handicap spots right in front of the building, near the entrance. I want to call out Joel to express my appreciation for his assistance. Once, he stayed after he had finished his shift to offer me assistance.
Tall gentleman at the front desk was prompt to help me when the app had payment issues, exceedingly nice and easy to work with
The little white lady had way better customer service and knowledge about the pool and she even went out of her way to show me and tell me about cycling that Seattle and lynnwood had no knowledge on it Or how to sign up While her other associate that was next to her was all grouchy face making me feel unwelcomed Same feeling you get when you go to northgate 24 fitness
