They reduced their membership fee to almost half of what it usually is. That has lead to people misusing the facilities. A lot of times (specially weekend mornings) you see 2 people - one actual member and other is “workout buddy” hoarding 2 equipments simultaneously. One person is working out and alternating between them. While buddy is just sitting on the 2nd equipment doom scrolling on phone and not working out at all. Ridiculous how they took a free included member room, locked it off and made it a paid add on. Meanwhile half the equipment is broken. Fix the basics before investing thousands into cash grab schemes.
member for 3yrs. consistently fail to fix broken equipment. Lie to members about looking into broken equipment or ordering new parts. Half the cables are broken and instead they focus on fixing the 1% of cardio machines that are broken. Invest money in money grabbing schemes like the massage room which is an additional charge to membership, instead of fixing or improving basic equipment. Cancelling membership soon.
Nasty gym hire a professional hygienist to fix your problems already I cannot believe this place sometimes
