Not happy that people enter hot tub with gym clothes. Also use of sauna and steam with shoes and regular clothes. I’ve stepped and sat on dirt and debris at steam room!!!
It's been two years maybe three years since I've been back to this establishment. Figured I do a trial just to see if i'd do an annual member membership again. Due to the staff being pretty rude of not letting me do a day trial, the likelihood of me doing any membership here is now ZERO. They literally just forfeited a customer for a 1 hour trial, that's pretty crazy if you ask me!
This gym looks like it’s completely given up majority of the time I’m here. Embarrassing for Redmond
Nice folks over there and good location. But man, the maintenance and cleanliness is questionable. Takes forever or they never fix thing and I know what then means because I own a business. Means they don’t care or they are somewhat negligent. They are pretty close to being really good. Really close
