I called to cancel my 24hrs fitness membership and was told it needed to be in person. Then, when I was able to get there, they made me paid over $90 for a 30 day cancel notice per the new ownership policy, which does not make any sense. And if that was that the case, when I called the first time it was way prior the supposed deadline. By going in person, I missed it for just a few days but they did not care. I will never sign up for this gym.

most of the equipment are updated the pool is way batter than before hopefully they rule no gym clothes and sneakers in the sauna and stop letting members jump with sweaty gym clothes in the pool !!!

I signed up with 24 hour fitness last year in July with Matt and paid my full year with him using a Bank of America CREDIT card. When my membership with 24 ended this year, somehow Crunch rolled over my membership with them. I never authorized or signed a membership with Crunch.
