I think this is a pretty good gym overall the staff is amazing with lots of help and always a helping hand with learning the new equipment. However, I recently had a problem and if I could give their corporate a rating it would be a 1 star at best. I still have not resolved my problem and the people at the 1866 number today referred me back to the club who keep telling me they have no access to help me.
