Company is fraud. Do not pay any invoices. They go by this name or "Fire Service Corporation." If you own a business, they will enter saying they are there for an inspection and will do their best to make it sound official. So surprising that there's only a few reviews!
Zero Stars. Zero. Two 'sales reps' walked into my restaurant, uninvited, and pretended to be from the Oceanside Fire Dept. to scare a member of my staff into signing a contract for servicing our fire suppression equipment. I cancelled the contract (which was null-and-void anyway, as the signer had no authority to enter into contracts for my business); no work has ever been done, yet they keep sending me invoices.... with added finance charges!!! This company is abhorrent and uses underhand tactics to rip people off.
How is it I'm the first to review this company.? The way I see it, This group isn't organized or trained. I'm talking about the office staff. Four calls in 2 days. Two appointments set. No technician ever showed. One star rating is to good for this poor customer service outfit
