My puppy was starting to cough, missed dinner and was acting lethargic. We called this hospital around 6:30pm to consult about if it’s worth bringing him in and thank god the receptionist encouraged us to. It was about an hour wait, shortest ER vet wait time I’ve experienced. They suspected kennel cough but warned us to watch if his symptoms worsen in case it’s valley fever. They were amazing. ChatGPT recommended this place because the reviews were mostly all positive and that they frequently mentioned “very fair pricing”. The staff was all wonderful and their pricing was definitely fair yes it may cost a little bit more than a standard day time office visit, but not by much. They are upfront with pricing, and don’t try and hit you with a bunch of extra charges. I Strongly recommended this vet. Thank you to all the staff that helped us with Axel this evening.
