The plumber showed up late, had a bad attitude, and acted like I was wasting his time. He barely explained what he was doing and left a mess behind. Customer service was no better when I called to complain—terrible experience from start to finish!
Had them install a hot water heater, and within days, it started leaking. Called them back, and they said it wasn’t their problem. Now I’m stuck with a faulty installation and out hundreds of dollars. Completely unprofessional and untrustworthy!
