Outstanding Service! My entire house in the Bronx had a major backup, with sewage coming up in the tubs and shower, and all three toilets were clogged. I called Harris Brothers Plumbers and spoke to a very polite receptionist who told me they were fully booked but added me to the waiting list. Luckily, a spot opened up and Bryson came out to help. I needed a new kitchen faucet installed and called a plumber in the Bronx to set up an appointment. Bryce arrived early that afternoon, explained what needed to be done, and gave me a clear price before starting. In less than an hour, Bryce had the new faucet up and running and took the time to show us how to use all its features. He also tightened my loose disposal for free. This review is quite overdue. Our basement experienced a flood due to a blockage. We reached out to a plumber who cleared the issue but warned us that it might happen again and couldn't specify when. He mentioned the blockage was linked to the sewer line and that digging into our finished basement would be necessary.
