So, so disappointing. Actually, appalling. This used to be regina 24 hour clinic. They were there for you. Admittedly, not the best medical advice on any occasion that we have been there..they dont eventhe symptoms of diabetes, .but good equipment and available. There seems to be some rebranding...sold to a corporation? I don't know. I called after 5 or whenever after hours is...now it is all about screening and then informing that the fee to walk in the door would be 349.00..."is that ok?" I was travelling when my 3.5 month old Vizsla ate some foxtail weeds in Moose Jaw. After calling clinics in the area and Swift Current where I was headed, I was referred to South Saskatchewan Animal Hospital. The information, compassion and level of care both I and my puppy received from this clinic was top notch. Wow, talk about taking advantage of people. While we were on vacation, we had to make arrangements to put our pet down. They charged a 35% higher rate than our regular vet. This place is about your money, not your pet. Just read the other reviews about how it all comes down to over charging you compared to other vets.

Save your money and find another clinic. Research reviews and go somewhere that will treat you fair. Rebranding their business was only useful in maybe attempting to hide all of the negative reviews from before. I have used this clinic a few times. My cat has had recent urinary issues at a minimum 400$ per visit to get no answers. The second visit resulted in me being pressured into booking exploratory surgery for up to 4100$ plus a 600$+ ultrasound exam, or do the "humane" thing and end his suffering. I was just about to make an appointment but just reading the reviews made me stop immediately I'm so glad I did because this place doesn't seem to care about animals as much as they do money and also the staff seem rude af . It's one thing to have 1 or 2 bad reviews saying that they are only about money n not animal health care but a whole bunch made me so angry what I read so i had to make a review that youl all need to be more caring for animals.
