Very unprofessional service technician and office personnel. They over charged me and would not discuss my reasoning for my partial payment. They resolved the issue by turning the remaining balance to a collection agency. I hired another company that resolved my A/C issues. Do not bother with 24-hour Air Service.

I had a very disappointing experience with this AC company. The technician clearly saw that the problem was with the motor and said it needed to be replaced. Instead of fixing the actual issue, they only cooled it down temporarily so the unit would work for the moment. We were charged $514 for that visit, even though they knew it was not the real solution. Sure enough, the next day the AC stopped working again and we had to call them back out. Very incompetent we were extremely over charged so much so capital one decline another of their charges after already receiving 1583.73 plus 150.00 plus 375.00 for a job originally quoted at 1400.00 then they charged my card an additional 1183.75 which was the payment capital declined thank goodness!! They had all kinds of excuses for their major mess up. One lady in accounting said “My God!” Which she thought I didn’t hear then she proceeded to belittle me I told her to stop!! Very Poor Service - should be closed down. Do Not give any business to this company. Unexperienced people. Just coming to play around with AC and ended up charging money for doing nothing or else ask you to buy a whole new AC system. Screwed up my AC outer unit and didn't put electric board back with screws. Guy kept sitting in company truck to show his company that he is working for hours but actually he waisted his time, my time and money.
