I was involved in a 5 day challenge which involved taking Herbalife shakes and tea. I found this to be a great kickstart to healthier eating and a healthier lifestyle.
I recently took part of the 5 day challenge with Steven and Linh along with their team and they were all very supportive and informative. The challenge included a Herbal Life replacement meal shake and tea to help which were tasty and easy to incorporate in my daily life. It is a great way to reassess your health and would highly recommend Steven and Linh!
I had a blast taking part in the 5 Day challenge. With Steven & Linhs teams help i have really started holding myself more accountable for my health and fitting in more fitness time to nurture the vessel I live in. I am a full time mum as well as multi business owner , who works at least 35+ hours a week between all my jobs and found the exercises and godliness given super easy to add into my schedule. Highly recommend their programs if you are looking to look after YOU !!
I recently completed a 5 day challenge and I had the best experience. I felt very supported and motivated by the coaches. It was a great way to focus on my health and fitness after having a baby.
Linh and Steven gave me the opportunity to participate in the 5 day challenge and provided me with the French vanilla Herbalife formula shakes and the Herbalife tea - I took these every morning paired with a guide to eat healthier, a daily coach and some exercise! I felt more energetic and lost 0.5 kgs in 5 days by sticking to routine. Great people to work with, highly recommend - Cherry
