They have every piece of equipment you need, extremely affordable price, and a staff that makes you feel welcome. I highly recommend if you are looking for the best gym around.
I'm really enjoying my workouts at this gym . They have everything I need for a complete training session, from cardio to strength training. The staff and other members are super friendly too, which creates a welcoming environment. I highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking for a new gym . It's a great place to achieve your fitness goals and have a positive experience.
Great neighborhood gym.
Best of the best! I surf and aging has rendered me with aches and unwanted poundage. I saw this gym nearby my neighborhood, I inquired membership and good fortune came my way. After 5 months of morning routines of resistance and calesthetics, I dropped 55 pounds, and aches have abated. I’m riding short boards that I hadn’t been able to popped up on in 10 yrs.
