Stopped in for a one-week pass while I was in town on vacation. While the gym is small it is very well equipped with some of the nicest machines I’ve ever used. Jay, the owner, is very friendly and clearly takes great pride in his gym and takes care of his members.
Good place to do your workouts 💪
If you are looking for a gym that feels like a community, this is it. Everyone greets you with a hello, even at 5:30 a.m. making it a very welcoming place to work out.
Just signed up today, Seems like a nice place but whew it is really over crowded with machines. Hard to get on a bike or tread mill but I will make due. For the price they are going all out to meet your needs
