Dr Lana Anderson is truly exceptional. She is consistently punctual, efficient, and considerate. I’ve been disappointed to see negative reviews, as my experience has been nothing but positive. On multiple occasions, Dr Anderson has provided timely and helpful care when my regular GP is not available. I couldn’t recommend Dr Lana Anderson more highly!
If I could give them a zero star I would have done it. The telehealth service is horrible. The doctors are condescending and don't listen to you always cutting you off and making you feel as if you are stupid for expressing yourself. They just want to get it over with. One time I even got a doctor who called me and said that she gave me the wrong scans and that I need to book another appointment with and pay for another kind of scan. After your appointment if you need any type of paperwork you will need to chase them a lot. ... read more
Second time that I tried to use this service and it’s awful, the doctors are always in a rush, they don’t hear you and of course they don’t care about your health, they think you book and appointment just to get a medical certificate. I definitely don’t recommend this service.
