If I could give them a zero star I would have done it. The telehealth service is horrible. The doctors are condescending and don't listen to you always cutting you off and making you feel as if you are stupid for expressing yourself. They just want to get it over with. One time I even got a doctor who called me and said that she gave me the wrong scans and that I need to book another appointment with and pay for another kind of scan. Second time that I tried to use this service and it’s awful, the doctors are always in a rush, they don’t hear you and of course they don’t care about your health, they think you book and appointment just to get a medical certificate. I definitely don’t recommend this service.
just want to give some honest feedback because the experience really affected me. When I spoke with the receptionist, Annette, I was already in pain and trying to explain what was happening. She didn’t listen, she kept cutting me off, and her tone of voice was really bad. It made me feel dismissed and stressed and I’m having a heart palpitations.
