I had a really disappointing experience with this hospital. I booked a Telehealth appointment for stomach pain, nausea, and diarrhoea. Originally, I was supposed to see a doctor within an hour, but I received an email saying I had to wait 3 hours instead because the original doctor was unwell. I understood the situation, but when I finally spoke with the replacement female doctor, she was not kind at all.
