Second time that I tried to use this service and it’s awful, the doctors are always in a rush, they don’t hear you and of course they don’t care about your health, they think you book and appointment just to get a medical certificate. I definitely don’t recommend this service.
just want to give some honest feedback because the experience really affected me. When I spoke with the receptionist, Annette, I was already in pain and trying to explain what was happening. She didn’t listen, she kept cutting me off, and her tone of voice was really bad. It made me feel dismissed and stressed and I’m having a heart palpitations. I had a free online appointment with Dr. Parvin Dasht Poor, and the service was excellent. It was quick, easy to access, and the doctor was very helpful and professional. Highly recommend!
