Horrible service bad customer service
I appreciated the level of transparency provided by the repair team. They were clear about the cost of the repair upfront, and there were no hidden fees or surprises at the end.
The customer service I received from 24/7 Water Heaters Service Humble was outstanding. The representative who assisted me was knowledgeable and responsive, and the technician who serviced my water heater was efficient and professional. The repair was completed quickly and to a high standard, and I would definitely use this company again in the future.
We finally decided that our old water heater was busted so, after an internet search, we called 24/7 Water Heaters Service Humble at around 2:00 pm. They arrived at 3:20 and by 6:30 had the old one out, the new one installed, tested, all the documentation delivered and the old one hauled away. I don't know if the price was competitive but the service was absolutely superb.
Professional workers I’ve never seen in a long time. They did the work in a timely manner making sure everything was clean with no more leaks , Thank you!
