Since this was our third flood I can honestly say these guys are top notch. Definitely "SUPERIOR" to the rest. Since we called them to help with our flooded home we have had them do carpet cleaning and our air ducts too. 5 stars all the way.

In January of this year I found my home under water, practically. I’ve never had to hire the services this company offers in all my 17 years of being a home owner. Think of what a shock it was to come home to all our treasures in our home as well as the interior of our newly remodeled home all under water and totally ruined! Eddie was very attentive and helpful and supportive when he spoke to us. He said he would work with the insurance company and take care of everything and we didn’t have to worry about it. Once he got paid, we couldn’t get a response from him and his company stole our $10,000 countertops claiming they were “damaged”. We had an independent insurance adjuster photograph them before he took them and there was no damage. So he either lied about his workers damaging them or he stole them.
