I rented it online, which was quick and easy and explain the process very well. When I got there, they had already provided a padlock for me and it was in and out.
For the past two days I have been trying to contact you but have been unable to reach you. I have cleaned out my unit number 40 at the Havelock, NC facility and will no longer need to rent it. By the way, rain has been able to enter my unit but no damage occurred. I f your phone number for cancellation had worked I would have given you five stars.
Always super nice people when you call. I have been talking with some of the ladies in the office and everyone has been so much help.
Things been great in my experience trusting the company. I never had any issues with them. My belongings has been safe kept for a years now.
