I called last Monday(6-13), I am still waiting for a callback(6-21). We were broke down with brake issues with our rented RV in White Sands KOA. No one answers the phone and you can't leave a message, you just have to follow the instructions they give on their message. I called another company that was WONDERFUL and responsive. Don't say you are 24/7 if you aren't going to respond. A little communication will get you a long way in business.
They came out to us at 10:30 at night and patched a tire for us so we could get back to El Paso. Professional and very friendly. Thank you again for the great help !!!
Our RV trailer axle broke inside of White Sands National Park. Everyone we called was closed for the night. Josh replaced it and didn't leave us until he knew we were safe to drive back to Houston. Very nice guy. Showed up on time and as promised!!
