24/7 Restoration does good work, however they do not work with the insurance company. The customer is directly liable for the costs, regardless if insurance company does not accept all the charges. They also only provide 3 days to review the bill. We had a bill for $36K and we had to pay the bill as soon as possible or they threatened to put a lien on our house.
