Please do not hire these guys they are insanely over priced you can get this work done for fractions of what these guys charge. They quoted me $5000 just for face masks and PPE for their employees for a 3 day job. Here are some more line items from my quote: $3000 to run a dehumidifier for 3 days (btw u could buy 3 commercial dehumidifiers for that price). $2000 for equipment set up, $4800 to remove 800 sqf of insulation ($600 per sq foot TO BAG INSULATION AD TRASH IT, I could remove the insulation by myself in under 4 hours... read more

These guys were super responsive and communicative through the whole process. Very professional and thorough. Worked well with my insurance company too. My only tip is that if they cut out sub-floor, make sure you have someone fix it properly before new flooring is installed. They only put subfloor back to make it safe - and my flooring guy dropped the ball on this.

24/7 is a great company! Unfortunately, we've had to use them 3 times for water damage in my mom's basement and each time they were prompt, professional and thorough. The cleaning crew are so knowledgeable and courteous and during our last emergency, a late Friday afternoon, they were at Mom's house mobilized and ready to go. They were meticulous at keeping us posted by text on everything that was happening and when they would next be at Mom's to continue with the clean-up. We had a tenant turnover with 7 days to get ready and it was discovered upon move out inspection that there was a leak that resulted in significant water damage. We called 24/7 and they came within 30 minutes. They were on it 💯 and communicated each step throughout each day. Firstly, the good things. These guys responded quickly and were on site and ready to work. The not so good stuff, the initial estimate was $6500 and then that went up to $8000 and then finally came in at $9000 even though they did less work than the original estimate called for (didn't have to tear up another room). A certain line item got added to the final invoice for $500 that was not reflected on the initial invoice or communicated that it could become a cost.
