Employees of 24-7 were prompt, courteous, and thorough in performing mold mitigation and water removal. They left the house in appropriate condition for a reconstruction contractor to restore the relevant portions of the house. I was disappointed that they recommended only one company to do the reconstruction.
Met with Deena, their biz dev rep last week and was super impressed. Turns out yesterday, my wife was about to take a bath and the bath mat was saturated with water. We had been out of town over the weekend, so we thought we had a leak. I called 24/7 yesterday and they came out this morning. Hector and Michael showed up on time, were super friendly, did their inspection with their moisture meter and found everything to be dry. So the wet bath mat is a mystery but their timeliness and professionalism was top notch.
I had a major leak at my house and Yair and his team were amazing in their thoroughness and care in helping to get me straightened out. Could not recommend more hi
