Taylor was great. He was prompt, courteous, and he explained all options. I wasn’t crazy about the fact that they charged a service fee for coming out to look at the problem. Since I used their service, that $30 fee (down from $80 because they offered a “coupon” over the phone) should not have been included in the final bill.

We have been using Killian for 27 years. They are always polite, professional and keep me posted of their arrival. They explain what needs to be done and let me know the pricing ahead of the work.

Ed was very professional as usual and arrived on time with a trainee. This visit was for a general plumbing preventive inspection that comes free with the annual service contract. Highly recommended.

Our wiring problem was not straightforward, but Jeff went above and beyond to figure out the issue and get us back up and running. He was respectful, tidy and involved me in the process and in explaining what the issues and needed repairs were. Shout out to Jacob and Mike too!

Alternating Currents/ 247 services answered the call when others have voice mail. Jeff came by and replaced 4 bad GFCI outlets, and an exterior light, did outstanding work, wore shoe coverings, and with all this work cleaned up afterwards. Very professional and knowledgeable, and will call them in the future.
