Hot water line burst in the winter months. Phone and told them I needed the water shut off. Sent their plumber,shows up with his wife and no tools. My son had to wade threw the water and turn it off. They charged me $ 200 for a call out. I phoned and talked to Amanda about the bill and she said she spoke to John and he lied and said he turned the water off.
