Recently an issue at one of my rental properties arose with the water cylinder, it was old and leaking with very poor water pressure, I'd spoken with a couple of plumber about relocating the tank into the loft space, but none were able to help, When I approached Richard from 24/7 plumbing for a quote he was swift to arrange a visit, his office staff contacted me requesting if I wanted them to liaise directly with the tenant, which I did, they kept me informed of the visit dates and I received a quote along with the advise an... read more

Both engineers and staff on the phone are rude and obnoxious. Very poor service, would not recommend

Thanks to Rich and the team for the boiler service today. Great communication, they let me know in advance of when they were due to arrive and a great service when they were here.
