MUST READ! I called them for an estimate for putting in an exterior gas line for a fire pit. I dug all the trenches and was going to backfill after. I had a couple minor questions I wanted to ask Donnie prior to the job and after 2 weeks and multiple calls, he never called back to answer the questions. That should have been the red flag! I found a new plumbing company in 24-7. Called and talked to Nick and within 2 hours his tech's arrived and fixed my mainline drain that had grease in it and showed me the view with camera. Great service

The whole expirance from start to finish was awesome, Nick was a great help getting Tim over to my place, Tim was awesome very knowledgeable very helpful overall great guy for help.

I recently moved and needed a water pressure regulator replaced. I received estimates from 4 plumbing companies. Pat Nugent from 24-7 Plumbing came to my house to give me a free estimate and not only was his price the lowest, it also included installing a pump to make the hot water flow through the pipes faster...he even caulked all our shower faucets before I even decided to hire them! I will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs.

Donny and Adam showed up on time and had the new disposal in quick order. They were courteous and knowledgeable. I will recommend them to anyone that needs their expertise. I will definitely use them again for all my plumbing needs.

Final Update: After plumber Pat called me back he handed the phone over to Donnie (I'm guessing the owner) and he informed me that there looks to be a bigger issue and no one will be able to help me until tomorrow morning. After begging for help he stood firm on the fact that he could not make it back out. When I asked for a refund, he said sure, but can I take down my reviews on his business first? Update on Issues: After an hour and a half of calls and emails I recieved a call back from the orignal plumber working on my bathrooms to have him tell me that he cannot come back today however tomorrow morning he can stop by. This is when I got upset because not only did I wait from 9 am when I had called until 2pm when he arrived to come and fix this issue, I have to be awake and ready to go out of town tomorrow at 5am. If you are always open why aren't you picking up the phones? I had $325 in repairs made to my house and yet 20 mins after your worker leaves my house it is flooding all over again and now the drain in the shower is backed up. I called three different numbers, emailed two different emails and nothing. My house flooded for a 4th time today and now I can't even get a hold of you guys to come back and rectify this issue. Wow.
