Worst place ever!!!! They seem like a scam!! It was Saturday night! My car wouldn’t start talk to whoever it was some male receptionist he took my info right away! N said they will arrive 30-45 min. It was already 9pm waited by myself. Then exactly 45min later they called me back saying the tow truck broke down. That they can send someone the next morning. To me seem like bs! had a customers vehicle towed to my shop. tried to pay with a card when the vehicle arrived, but their card reader did not work. paid the tow truck driver cash and said he would email me the receipt. 4 days later i still haven’t received any receipt, so i called back to get this situation handled. spoke to someone named Emanuel, worst customer service ever. in the end they couldn’t find any record of my tow and they told me that there is nothing they could do. i will never use their services again!

I have called a tow service for my vehicle, and they have said the truck is going to arrive in 30 to 45 mins. They asked for my credit card information upfront. So I gave it to them, but after 1.5 hrs later, still no truck. I called them several times to ask the driver's phone number, current location or at least a eta. They said the driver will call me anytime soon, but I cannot see a driver in sight nor the phone call. So yeah, it is up to you if you want to use it.

My wife called for a battery jump start at Mike’s South Pasadena Towings that gave a quote of $195. Undeniably evil. Proceeded to leave a voicemail quoting $150 instead of $195. Insidious and manipulative. Stay away.

My car died and I wasn't sure if I just needed a jump or a tow. Roy from 24/7 MIKE'S SOUTH PASADENA TOWINGS was incredibly polite and patient. He examined my car and then told me to tow my car. With my permission he towed my car with great care. Strongly recommend this place.
