I told the guy my problem he said he was ready to help and I was even gonna let him use my parts to save him money and then he backed out all of the sudden. I asked why and told him that was worthy of a bad review and he started to talk shit immediately which ultimately ended up in him calling me an idiot

No idea why someone left this a one star review. Alan was impeccable. My car didn’t start at 7:15 pm and of course they were doing tree trimming in my street at 7 am in the morning. I was so freaked out that I would need to tow and Alan was here with my car up and running within an hour!!! He didn’t overcharge me and was super kind. He even gave me a guarantee for his work and promised to come the following day if I had any issues 20/10 recommend.

Not helpful at all . Young guy running the business with no experience i had him to come and check my truck and he asked for 100$ even if he can't fix the truck i was ok with that because what i needed was a good diagnostic , he diagnosed that the master cylinder is bad which is wrong because that part was new in my truck even though i trusted him and replaced it again and still have the same problem , so i ended up paying him 100$ for not fixing the issue and giving a wrong diagnostics.
