This is a gym that scams you with predatory policies so they don’t go out of business. When you sign up they’ll say quit before 30 days quit before 30 days and then they drop you with “you have to quit before the 1st not 30 days from when you sign up so now we are leaving the state and will be charged for a month that we are gone. We figured okay 30 days from the day we signed up but that’s how they get you. I love my gym! Great staff with a variety of equipment and classes to fit your gym needs. Childcare is an added bonus.

Have to go in person to cancel membership like if we were living in 2003 without cell phones and without digital access. Outdated system and i bet that robot might reply to this with robotic texts, trying to justify this trash problem. When working 2 jobs it is difficult to find a time when there is a employee to cancel to help with canceling a membership. Don't understand why it is not as simple as unsubscribing from a membership and can't be done over the phone...
