We had a sewer line break in our basement. You can imagine the mess. After the plumber came over and accessed the damage, 24/7 was called to mitigate the area. Tim G. was at our house within hours to set up fans and clean the floors so it was ready for the plumbers to begin repairs in the morning. 24/7 flood response came to my place when my floor drain overflowed. I have never been in a situation where I’d have to file a claim with insurance but I trusted the technician. He asked for my email and told me he would send me an estimate for the work, and then started the work (it was sewage water and not a situation where I was able to research companies). I never received an estimate and the next day I asked for it again and he then told me not to worry about it and he would just send everything to insurance. I trusted ... read more
