UPDATE: Terry Takahashi, Miguel and Samuel did an excellent job with the Response Construction. Repairs were up to code, detail oriented and job site was kept clean daily. Thank you, team. All around a great crew I’d trust for work again. ORIGINAL: Jesus Estrada did a fantastic job responding quickly, mitigating effectively and cleaning up thoroughly after a sudden washer hose failure flooded our laundry room and adjacent kitchenette. I can't say enough good things about 24-7 Flood. The mitigation work was handled by Tim, and he went way out of his way to help us get everything cleaned up quickly while also helping prevent future damage. He was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about getting things done the right way. The bathroom reconstruction was handled by Terry, and what a guy. Tim Gutierrez is a lifesaver. He got out here within a couple of hours and walked me through the whole process of remediation, which immediately set my mind at ease. Throughout remediation, he was amazing at communicating what he was doing, what to expect, timelines, all of it. He's smart, efficient, and easy to work with. I wouldn't want my house to flood again, obviously, but the silver lining would be a reason to work with Tim.

We recently had a minor-to-moderate flooding in our basement caused by a broken pipe from our shower. I consulted the Team Dave Logan Resource Guide and chose 24/7 Flood Response to deal with this problem. I could not have made a better choice. Tim Gutierez came out soon after I called and began the process of drying things out. After that, Terry Takahashi, from the construction arm of 24/7 Flood Response took over and had his crew replace our drop ceiling, stretch the carpet back in place, and clean/deodorize the carpet.
