Do not trust this company It’s hard enough to deal with a claim let alone fight 24/7 on every overcharge. I had a freshwater loss (toilet supply line) that 24/7 Restoration attempted to bill at $47,890.60. After a forensic audit by State Farm and a review of IICRC standards, the actual value of the work was determined to be $36,737.95—a staggering $11,152.65 difference.
