I love this gym, especially the senior classes they are amazing we are a true family we look out and support each other, we go on trips, we do charity runs and walks, reach out to sick members. Our trainer is fantastic ( Laretha) she teaches us things like getting up if you fall at home alone, how To strengthen certain muscles to keep from injury. I have been involved with the Silver Sneakers classes since mid April this year (2025). I love the class and the instructor, LaLa. She obviously cares about all of us and makes classes fun! Friendships have formed and blessings abound. I have also been in personal training with Tracey since July. She is awesome and I feel blessed to work with her in trying to become my best self! This gym is undoubtedly the best in the Zebulon/Wendell axis. It’s meticulously organized and safe, with friendly and respectful staff and members.

I’ve been a member here for over a year & I absolutely love it. I even brought my mom along & she’s had such a great experience with the classes, community & events. It’s truly a welcoming space for all ages and fitness levels. The staff is warm, encouraging & genuinely invested in your progress. The facility is always spotless — super clean and well-maintained.
