This gym is undoubtedly the best in the Zebulon/Wendell axis. It’s meticulously organized and safe, with friendly and respectful staff and members.

I’ve been a member here for over a year & I absolutely love it. I even brought my mom along & she’s had such a great experience with the classes, community & events. It’s truly a welcoming space for all ages and fitness levels. The staff is warm, encouraging & genuinely invested in your progress. The facility is always spotless — super clean and well-maintained. Already adding 4 plates to the hip abduction machine with a gym pin, please upgrade the machine to one with more weight stack. And no, I'm not even ego lifting, I standardized my hip abduction form so that my femurs moves from complete adduction to full abduction, stopping just before I need any pelvic rotation in order to do more "ROM", letting my pelvis shift is dangerous and simply risks injury. I could get a king pin which I think would let me add another plate, but I think that might damage the machine, plus it's pretty... read more
