24/7 is a very inclusive gym. I started my weight loss journey here 2 1/2 years ago and had tried a few places at the time. The comfort and support I got from the gym owner Jason and other staff. The gym has good equipment and being in healthcare it’s an added bonus it’s open 24/7. Charlotte one of the staff here is very welcoming and is always busy cleaning up stuff. I would recommend this gym whether your trying to loose weight, gain weight, or just try and get healthy.

This gym is poorly managed. The staff are not interviewed or hired based on experience but rather invited because of their appearance or availability. Many dismiss any communication leaving tons of complications and drama between customers, example being the endless amounts of people blamed or overcharged due to the workers technological errors. This gym is never clean or organized, beer cans in the change room and literal poop in the garbage, l can't make this up. Not even manageable going between 3-7. Kids make up over half the gym. The owner criticized me for trying to sneak someone in when the whole time his staff made an error and didn't put in their system my friend paid. I paid money for a sweater and was told it's "coming soon" for 2 months, never received it or the money because | left. 24/7 Fitness Quickly felt like Home. No Flash, Pomp & Circumstance! It is exactly what you need. Showers, Change rooms, Cardio, Stretching/Ab/Posing Room, enough equipment to satisfy the pickiest of Lifters.
