The gym is 24/7, so that's good. Obviously, during after work hours up until about 8:30, it's busy because that's peak time. Do not go in the early mornings because there is a trio that's always making videos, and it makes others around uncomfortable . Also, they are very loud when talking in the quiet area. Most times, they spend so much time talking that they take forever to get through their workouts and prevent others from using the equipment. Kind of a roid head/bro atmosphere where people take 20 minutes on a given piece of equipment to simply talk as loud as they can with their bros...thats cool I guess but for a guy who's just trying to sweat out the previous nights worth of beer, it can be annoying and awkward...nice equipment, but..
