24/7 Fitness was the perfect gym for me during my week long stay in Kinston. Bob, the owner, was very accommodating and made the process of accessing his facility very smooth. I will absolutely workout there again on my next visit.

I was traveling through the holidays and needed a gym for just a few days. Even though it was the week of New Year's, Bob hooked me up over the phone and had me in business right away. The gym had everything I needed and was very convenient. The personal touch was very much appreciated.
