Extremely disappointing experience with EFC. After confirming my membership cancellation with management, I was told that it would take 28 days for the cancellation to be processed. However, during those 28 days, two fortnightly payments were already deducted from my account and even after that period, a third payment was still taken without authorisation. Extremely disappointing experience with Ellenbrook Fitness Center. After confirming my cancellation with management, three more fortnightly payments were still taken without authorisation.
