Not honest. Scam company. They don’t offer quotes over phone even if you explain what needs to be done. They charge 50$ plus tax for service call for the tech to come. Receptionist advise that the technician will quote the price once he gets here. Before arrival the tech called to confirm. I also explained to receptionist and technician on what needs to be done. But they insisted on coming to see first. Once got here. The tech took out his phone. Snapped a photo and sent to 247-emergency electrician. The technician then got ... read more

This company follows a bait & switch method of attract clients and throws an outrageous amount of invoice at them which up until it’s paid the electrician isn’t gonna leave the house. Here’s an attachment of the invoice the company sent after a 10 minute job of changing light in the kitchen fan was done. Great electrician but outrageous prices!!! all the 1 star reviews are true, the owner wants to argue saying they're not true but they are. $691 for a kitchen fan light replacement which took 10 minutes. holy!!!
