We are exceptionally pleased with our Gemstone Lighting, from obtaining a quote, to an onsite visit by Stacey, to the actual installation by Matt. Very engaging and knowledgeable, making the whole process easy and non-stressful. Highly recommend the lights and the Company.
Not great work. The first electrician never finished the job and left. I had to call back to book another electrician to label the panel. I was never told when the 2nd person was coming back so they showed up when no one was home. I called back to rebook. The third person came out to label the panel. They brought a broken label maker so they wrote in unreadable ball point pen on the panel label which is gray and impossible to read. I paid in full. We loved our Gemstone lights so much on our last house that we asked 24/7 to install them again on our new house. Our installer was amazing. Quick and professional and he was very good about explaining the new Gemstone app. Thank you to 24/7 for going above and beyond to install our lights.
Davin as usual did an excellent job at replacing the lights in my kitchen.He is very knowledgeable and efficient and pleasant to work with.
