The gentleman did a great job. My carpet was nasty and ugly and somehow he turned it all the way around. It smells good. It looks good. I left him a good tip cuz he earned it. Would recommend.
Pick up was good Sent 5x7 area rug with them when it was returned it was still wet and had a funky smell to it Did reach back out to let them know hey the rug is still wet and it has a bad odor to it James said place fan by it and the order will go away or he will come back to reclean it ! Did let him know that it did not and he still didn’t come back. Tried calling again got no answer once the rug was finally dry 2 days after it let dust underneath the rug everywhere. Had to repay another company for reclean the rug still h... read more
James was not only prompt on answering the call but also to get the job done I can't say enough about him when it comes to his professionalism and quality I hight recommend this company to clean anything you put on front of them! Before and after photos attached!
