Very nice guy, but my carpet looked worse afterwards - probably because he also did the tile the same day (granted, I asked if that was possible, but never having had tile done before, I wish he would've given me his professional opinion that it wasn't a good idea). I couldn't really tell any difference on the tile, and the grout looked better, but not uniformly better - so I wish I wouldn't have had that done either!
