I had a great and smooth experience bringing my car for repairs after the accident. Best customer service!
I would give them no stars if I could . This place is a scam, avoid at all costs. Tow truck drive took my car here after an accident , they had me sign some paperwork that they said was just for the car to stay there over night . Turns out I can’t get my car back without paying $2500 , and any repairs have to be done through them . The next day I went back and witnessed a tow truck driver come in and asked the guy behind the counter “get the signature?” The guy nodded and then they all did a little happy dance . Staff are friendly and they do a good job!
This service store is a scam. I was sent there by my insurance to replace a rear window of my Tesla 3 and they knowingly put the wrong glass instead of the one matching the other three windows. I showed to the guy before picking up my car and he asked me to pay for tinting extra What a scam, not only the quality of the work isn’t good because now my windows are mismatched; he asks me to pay extra for something that they were suppose to do.
