I had 3 package units installed and first they delivered different brand than I requested. Now for 2 years the units every 2 months leak, have error codes, and fail to work. I kept calling saying units are faulty or had bad installation and they need to be replaced, and while they initially returned reluctantly (last time admitted it was leaking freon) now the owner refuses to respond and insists I pay for maintenance even though never worked correctly.
