I just got off the phone for a quote and was being asked questions, as I expected and I was answering. The man who answers the phone automatically starts making assumptions of what I want and I ask why and he said I was complaining about the minimum hours. I never complained! I hesitated when he asked me because I was thinking I needed more hours! He then kept talking about the cheapest option which I never asked for.
