I had a wonderful experience living at 23rd & Swift and genuinely enjoyed my year there. The amenities were great, the property was well maintained, and whenever I needed maintenance, the response was always quick and efficient. I especially want to recognize Michelle Stearns, Assistant Property Manager. Michelle is incredibly nice, responsive, and helpful. I really enjoy living at 23rd & Swift. I work from home, so having a place that feels comfortable and well taken care of is really important to me, and being right in NKC is honestly so convenient. Even though I’m home most of the day, when I do need to get out everything is close by, whether it’s grabbing food, running errands, going downtown, or just getting around the city. I really love calling 23rd & Swift home and honestly don’t see myself going anywhere anytime soon. Being in NKC makes everything so easy and accessible, the amenities are beautiful, the community is awesome, and I love how pet friendly it is. It really feels like a community and not just an apartment complex.
