This has been one of the most pleasant experience I have ever dealt with. From the moment I toured Ben has been great. The apartments are beautiful. It makes me feel like I’m living in a great hotel. The customer service is astonishing. Maintenance is great. I am glad to call this my new home I came from The Darby and I am so happy that I live here instead of there I can’t wait to live here for a very long time. Just recently joined the 23rd and Swift. Absolutely love it so far. The team in leasing office are absolutely fantastic. Special thanks to Madison. Meeting Madison at 23rd and Swift has been an absolute delight. Her kindness, helpfulness and dedication truly make a difference. Her warm demeanor creates a welcoming atmosphere, and her passion for enhancing residents’ experiences shines through in everything she does. UPDATE: Was reached out to by a member of staff who was able to address my concerns and get them taken care of quickly after this post was made. I was not aware they had to source out their application processes due to high volume, which further explains my delayed responses. Really great place. People are nice, and there are great places to hangout in the lobby area. They have a game room, a gym, and an outdoor pool. They also have a really cool coffee machine I. The lobby that makes about any coffee. The place is also well maintained. If you have dogs, they have people that pick up after your dog’s bathroom break.

I have had an amazing experience living at 23rd & Swift! The community is well-maintained, the amenities are top-notch, and the staff is always friendly and professional. A special shoutout to the maintenance team—they are truly exceptional! Every request is handled promptly, and they go above and beyond to ensure everything is in perfect condition.
