I’ve had a great experience with 23rd & Swift Apartments. The property is clean, well-maintained, and the layouts are spacious and thoughtfully designed. The patios are a huge plus, especially for anyone with pets. The amenities really stand out — the gym, game room, and pool area are all well kept and actually usable, not just “for show.” The location is also super convenient with restaurants and parks nearby, which makes day-to-day living easy. We stayed in the guest (1 bedroom) apartment available for family and friends of residents on a recent weekend visit. It was extremely convenient, clean, and reasonably priced. The apartment was nicely furnished, with comfortable furniture and an abundance of toiletries. It is located near the lobby, so we had easy access to the large Keurig with its multiple beverage choices, as well as the recreational areas. We enjoyed our stay very much and definitely recommend the facilities.
