I wasn’t going to write anything, but now that a second issue has come up, I feel it’s important to share so others aren’t caught off guard. The first issue is with billing. I moved in during Aug (which has 31 days), but management prorated my rent based on a standard 30-day month—without ever disclosing this. It wasn’t explained in person or written in the lease. So far, our experience at 23rd and Swift has been great! The community is well-maintained, any questions or concerns are promptly addressed and resolved, and the apartment feels very safe and homey. All of the staff here are wonderful as well. Our experience with Madison Fox, the leasing agent, was especially positive—she was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind in answering all our questions and guiding us through the leasing process.
