This is a great facility managed by people who really care. Any time we've needed assistance, someone from the staff has helped us as soon as possible. The amenities are fabulous and neighbors are kind. This is a great place for dogs, too!
Best place to live!!! Brand new apartments tucked away in NKC walking distance from a great dog park and local restaurants. The best part about living here is the management team! They are incredible! They are kind, communicate clearly and follow through with what is communicated. I’ve lived in a few different apartments and this one blows them all out of the water!
This is a fantastic property; modern, conveniently located, friendly professional staff.
I wasn’t going to write anything, but now that a second issue has come up, I feel it’s important to share so others aren’t caught off guard. The first issue is with billing. I moved in during Aug (which has 31 days), but management prorated my rent based on a standard 30-day month—without ever disclosing this. It wasn’t explained in person or written in the lease.
