Was a patient of Dr. Monte Sellon for 30yrs and after taking my son in for an appointment due to having trouble breathing, crackling in his ears and pain in his legs and then the nurse panicking about his pulse being very low I said that he wasn’t taking my sons appointment seriously he got up told us that he was dismissing us as his patients and walked out the door! Some of their receptionist aren't very friendly.
Been utilizing this place for 10 years+ Dr Sellon and his staff; Caryn is "THE Nurse", There was a problem with an ex-staff member that rubbed me the wrong way but they got rid of her, she could have been who others had problems with too. These folks really care. They have a great lab on-site that has always done me right. My health requires me to visit twice a year and I get to see how they improve each time. Great people, great place.
Called over to have a prescription filled the receptionist was rude straight off the bat but let me talk to a nurse the nurse said she would call it in so I could pick it up at lunch when I went to pick it up the nurse hadn't called and when I went to talk to the receptionist she was extremely rude talked down to me like a child. Why do u have to call the pharmacy ur building is attached to!? Can't u just walk down the hall? And this has happened more than once.
Dr Opp is GREAT!!! Been seeing him now for 18+ months & I highly recommend
