I had no issues with 23andMe customer service has always answered promptly and very kind. Kits arrived in a timely manner. We sent my sons first and I sent mine like a year later. I was being lazy about it. You have to make sure you don’t drink or eat anything 30min prior to spitting into the tub as the directions say. I am very pleased with our results. Force you to subscribe when installing the app and then make it hard to unsubscribe, chatbot useless.Until today my sample never arrived, sent a week ago. Paid 170£.

This is a scam. Don't fall for it. They don't actually give you any useful health information that you don't already know about yourself. It's also impossible to delete your data because they sell it to third parties and then it's impossible to get your genetic data destroyed. I've been trying for months and they still won't destroy my data and send proof it's destroyed. They also release it to any law enforcement that asks. Do not trust this company!

Called here to get help with an issue . The robot said I had 11 minutes and they kept me on hold for 30 and then said they were closed. Gonna look into that lawsuit for the breach I guess.
