Jeremy, Julie, and their team are phenomenal. They have been caring for our pool for the last two years. During a regular service, our pool technician noticed some corrosion around the pool light. Jeremy gave me a call explaining the situation and explain it should still be covered under warranty. The light manufacturer dragged their feet a bit, but Jeremy never forgot about it.
