Pool Joy is amazing!! Customer service is the best I have experienced. Prompt, reliable service for a reasonable cost. I have tried other pool service companies who are unreliable, not responsive and try to rip you off when something needs fixed. Pool Joy is great! I would not use anyone else again to service my pool.

Since Google won't let me respond to Pool Joys claims, I'll make it simple. They never invoiced me for the May 2024 service and only recently claimed that I owed them. They sent multiple texts and emails over a 3-day period, however I am very busy and wanted to research the request against my records. Also, they wont tell you that their "system" never sent me a lot of their invoices and that I had to have them send to an alternate email and/or request them. Trash. They missed invoicing me and have been consistently shorting my services for which I pay “Platinum”. I’ve watched them not brush the pool, mis-align chemicals “, film in my waterline tile, hardness issues for my $130k pool. I’ve been silent for some time, but when you get a nasty gram from Jeremy who somehow blames me for not paying some bill that is over a year old for which they never invoiced, I don’t want to do business with them either.
