I have a friend that lives here and this place is very short on parking although they have room for more. Has no heat ever turned on enough to warm the apartment unless the weather is in the teens or lower. 4 out of the last 5 days had no hot water during the Christmas holiday week which is ridiculous. They say its because of parts unavailable during holidays but last year was the same. Door and window frames with huge gaps, no insulation, none!
