This place is unethical, racist, and provides horrible service. It is owed my a Korean couple (the man's name is Kim), and they barely speak English, and don't care to learn. All of the sudden, their English is great when they are charging you for their poor service, lost 2 suits, never found them and didn't try to make it right at all. I have seen how they treat African-American clients and it is truly horrifying. The wife is unprofessional and just plain evil. This is worst cleaner I have ever been to! My first trip resulted in 2 men’s shirts with broken buttons. The second trip resulted in poorly pressed shirts--wrinkles pressed into the shirts throughout. The third and last trip resulted in 2 of the 10 shirts having brown cuffs. The 2 shirts were all white...until they "cleaned" them. My husband went to work early not noticing the cuffs until a coworker pointed out that his cuffs were brown.
